This workshop covers the nitty gritty of taxes to make sure all the youth feel comfortable completing their taxes once they have their first job. This includes demonstrating all the different sections of the return, the documents needed in order to provide accurate information, the steps included to submit a personal tax return.
MAKING IT RAIN:
Making it rain cover the basics of saving and spending to enable youth to make strategic decisions with their money and accomplish their financial goals. Topics covered include; the importance of saving, how to use a line of credit, and maintains a personal budget. It also provides tools such as apps and online banking resources for future reference.
